When Emperor Meiji was a northeast Imperial tour, the HIDURAOKA monument was built in commemoration of having visited here, was moved to the its present location with the Oou Line construction in Meiji 34, and called the HIDURAOKA park a part of old MIKURAHANA park in Meiji 14.
If KudoGakunai establishes the tearoom of the name of BOUKOTEI in this steep hill and will invite many literary men for BUNKA six years (1808), it carried out skilled of the beautiful view of a lake .Moreover, RaiMikisaburo which visited this ground is writing the lyrics by entitling ”BOUKOTEI” in KOKA3 (1846).
